Minimum Qualification:

High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment.

Preferred Qualification:

1.)Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. 2.)Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and schematics. 3.)Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Note:

Completion of a vocational-technical school program in a skilled trade will substitute for the required experience. Candidate should possess strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while making sound decisions with limited supervision. Work is anywhere within Northwest Georgia. A company vehicle is provided for work related travel. Occasional travel to other areas of Georgia may be required to provide statewide support as needed. This position may be filled at the 1 or 2 level depending on the qualifications of the selected applicant.
