Service Technician

Overview Motorcycle Technician (A & B Level) ?? Delmarva Power Sports - Salisbury, MD Delmarva Power Sports is a growing, family-owned dealership on Maryland's Eastern Shore, representing top-tier brands including Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, Polaris, CFMOTO, and Kayo. We are seeking experienced A and B Level Technicians to join our high-volume service team. If you are a motivated technician who takes pride in your work and wants consistent hours with strong earning potential, we want to talk with you. Position Overview As a technician at Delmarva Power Sports, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on powersports units Complete warranty and recall work per OEM standards Accurately document work performed on repair orders Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members

Technician Levels B-Level Technician:

Solid mechanical and diagnostic skills Capable of completing most jobs independently Comfortable with electrical troubleshooting

A-Level Technician:

Advanced diagnostic and repair abilities Efficient, high-quality work with minimal supervision Ability to assist and mentor other technicians Compensation We offer a competitive hourly base rate plus additional earnings based on billed hours.
