Headquartered in New Jersey, Our client offers a wide range of services, including UPS sales, installation, preventive and emergency maintenance, battery replacement, load bank testing, and system rentals.
With experience working on major UPS brands such as APC, Eaton, and Vertiv, Our client creates customized power protection plans to meet client needs. Known for its customer-centric approach, the team combines flexibility and decades of industry experience to ensure uninterrupted mission-critical power solutions.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Field Service Engineer role based in the New Jersey area.
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.
Performing preventive maintenance tasks.
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborating with the technical team to address client-specific challenges and ensure system reliability.
QualificationsExperience with UPS field service and preventive maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
Excellent customer service abilities and communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
Electrical or engineering credentials or certifications are advantageous.
Knowledge of various UPS brands and systems is preferred.
Ability to perform on-site physical tasks and work flexible schedules.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
