Days (United States of America) (inactive) Job Summary Responsible for performing entry-level technical tasks to support end-user devices, applications, and peripherals. Provides assistance in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile hardware and software. Ensures timely resolution of routine technical issues and escalates complex problems as needed. Develops foundational skills in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and customer service. Coordinates with IT support teams and users to deliver reliable technology solutions and a positive service experience. Essential Functions

  • Responds to and resolves routine technical support requests for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Installs, configures, and maintains end-user computing equipment in accordance with IT standards.
  • Restores user data, applications, and settings during equipment replacement or repair.
  • Documents incidents, service requests, and resolutions accurately in ticketing systems.
  • Communicates professionally with end users, providing clear updates and basic technical guidance.
  • Conducts preventive maintenance checks to identify potential issues and ensure equipment reliability.
  • Assists with equipment moves, deployments, and installations for projects and site support.
  • Maintains inventory records, tracks assigned equipment, and follows procedures for surplus or disposal.
  • Adheres to security, HIPAA, and organizational policies in all IT support activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Experience Requirement:

0-2 years of experience An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
