$20.00 - $28.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) HBE Internet/Yakabit VoIP Phone Service is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated Field Service Technician to join our team! This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a technical aptitude. Previous experience in cable, Dish Network/DirecTV, or any internet service provider as a Field Service Technician is required . What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits)

Competitive Pay:

$20.00-$28.00/hour depending on experience, with performance reviews and potential raises at 90 days and yearly thereafter.

Bonuses:

Additional pay incentives for "On-call" rotation duties ($135 per week) and meeting performance benchmarks (up to $300-$500 every 4 months)

•

Field Operations:

Perform wireless equipment installations and troubleshoot Internet/VoIP network issues both on-site and remotely.

•

Occasional Tower Climbing:

Safely climb company towers to install, repair, and replace equipment. (

Note:

We pay for your professional certification training! This is a small but crucial part of the job, typically required only a few days a year).

Client Communication:

Provide clear, professional, and friendly assistance to clients on-site or by phone, and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.

Operational Support:

Manage company vehicle maintenance, track product inventory, and assist with general site maintenance (such as lawn care and light facility repairs). Job Requirements & Physical Demands

Physical Readiness:

Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., work comfortably on ladders or roofs, and perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions year-round.

•

Dependability:

Must show up to work on time, have reliable transportation, and avoid excessive or unscheduled absences.

•

Safety & Clean Background:

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (and ongoing random screenings), a thorough background check, and maintain a clean driving record (verified via DPS).

Availability:

Ability to work full-time with occasional overtime and participate in a rotating weekend/after-hours on-call schedule for emergency support.
