8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 40 hours/week

ASAP Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking Water Damage Technician / Radon Mitigation Technician to join a disaster restoration team in Kings Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience with water mitigation, demolition, and restoration work and be comfortable working in confined spaces, including crawl spaces. This position involves assisting with flood and disaster cleanup in both residential and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform water mitigation and disaster restoration services. Remove flooring, drywall, and other damaged materials. Complete demolition and general labor tasks. Clean structures and contents following water damage. Set up and monitor air purification and drying equipment. Vacuum and clean affected areas. Work safely in crawl spaces and other confined areas. Wear respirators and required PPE while performing remediation work. Follow all remediation and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience with water mitigation, restoration, or general demolition preferred. Comfortable working in crawl spaces and confined areas. Ability to perform physically demanding work in dirty, hot, indoor and outdoor environments. Experience with flooring and drywall removal is a plus. Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials throughout the workday. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must have reliable transportation to the job site. Must be able to work in confined spaces and wear a respirator and required PPE. Must be physically able to perform demolition, lifting, bending, kneeling, crawling, and other labor-intensive tasks. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
