Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and personable Restoration Technician to join our growing Restoration team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to working safely. Roofing or construction experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate. If you are motivated to learn, work well as part of a team, and are looking for an opportunity to develop valuable skills in roofing restoration, we would like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Perform roof restoration using hand and power tools. Safely access and work on residential roofs using ladders, harnesses, and appropriate protection equipment. Assist with the handling, lifting, and transportation of roofing and restoration materials. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable workplace safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, including keeping the company vehicle, tools, equipment, and each project site clean and organized. Properly care for and maintain company tools, equipment, materials, and vehicles. Work effectively with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. Interact professionally and respectfully with homeowners and clients while working on their properties. Follow instructions and project specifications accurately. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively in the field.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying materials. Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude. Able to pass a background check and drug screening Clean DMV record What We Provide Company vehicle provided for transportation to and from assigned job sites (client's properties). Company-provided tools and equipment necessary to perform the job. Hands-on training in roofing, restoration, and construction safety. Pay:

$30.50 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
