Qualifications & Skills Required:
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying materials. Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude. Able to pass a background check and drug screening Clean DMV record What We Provide Company vehicle provided for transportation to and from assigned job sites (client's properties). Company-provided tools and equipment necessary to perform the job. Hands-on training in roofing, restoration, and construction safety. Opportunities to develop additional skills and advance within the company.Pay:
