Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Water Mitigation Technician to help restore properties damaged by water, flooding, and related events. In this role, you will respond to emergency service calls, assess damage, perform mitigation services, and help prevent further property damage. You will follow industry standards and safety procedures while providing quality service to customers. Duties Respond to emergency water damage calls and assess property damage. Perform water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation. Operate restoration equipment, hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely. Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection. Document work with photos and notes daily Communicate with customers and staff Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized. Qualifications Experience in water damage restoration, flood restoration, fire restoration, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of water mitigation procedures, drying equipment, and mold remediation preferred. Familiarity with safety procedures and proper PPE use. Ability to operate company vehicles safely. Construction experience is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience using hand tools, power tools, extraction equipment & documentation software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency service calls, including on-call work as needed. Multiple roles available depending previous work experience.
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
