Water Damage Restoration Technician Assistant AAA American Restoration Inc. | Tavernier, FL (Upper Keys) Full-time | $22-$25/hr, based on experience About us AAA American Restoration is a locally owned water mitigation and mold remediation company that has served the Florida Keys for over a decade. When a pipe bursts or a storm hits, we're the crew people call. We're growing and looking for a reliable, hardworking assistant to join our field team. What you'll do Assist the lead technician on water damage, mold remediation, and storm response jobs Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers) Extract water, and remove wet drywall, flooring, insulation, and debris Build containment and follow safety and PPE procedures Take moisture readings and job-site photos for documentation Load, unload, clean, and maintain equipment and vehicles Treat customers and their homes with respect, often on the worst day they've had What we're looking for Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and heat Dependable, on time, and willing to learn Available for after-hours and weekend emergency calls on rotation Must pass a background check Nice to have Construction, demo, or restoration experience
