FyberCom , one of East Idaho's fastest‑growing internet providers, is expanding its Idaho Falls team and seeking a dependable Installation Technician to help support our customers and network. This role focuses on setting up internet services, performing on‑site maintenance, and assisting with upgrades involving both fiber and wireless systems. Your work will directly impact the quality of service our customers experience every day. What You'll Do Install internet services at customer locations, including fiber and wireless equipment Troubleshoot and service existing customer connections Support network improvements and assist with equipment upgrades Interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner while representing FyberCom in the field Work safely on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces as needed Travel required (Experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right candidate.) What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate clearly and professionally General understanding of home networking and wireless routers Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and moving equipment up to 50 lbs overhead Self‑motivated with strong accountability and a proactive approach to daily tasks Ability to travel to job sites as needed; a valid driver's license will be reviewed during the hiring process Spanish‑speaking ability is a plus Why Join FyberCom?
