Must-Haves:

Live within 30 minutes of Alsip, IL - local candidates only Valid driver's license and reliable commute to Alsip, IL Ability to lift 50+ lbs and bend/kneel/stand for extended periods Willing to participate in a predictable on-call rotation 1 week/month (paid) Basic phone/tablet skills - documentation and communication Candidates with experience in mitigation, water extraction, water damage cleanup, structural drying, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, contents cleaning and pack-outs, odor removal, moving, or demolition are encouraged to apply. Strong backgrounds include roles such as Crew Chief, Crew Lead, Restoration Technician, Mitigation Technician, Remediation Technician, Field Technician, Restoration Supervisor, Construction Laborer, General Laborer or Mover. Nice-to-Haves (we'll train): 1+ year of experience in property damage restoration Any IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/FSRT/OCT)—we sponsor additional training What you'll do: Perform water damage extraction, demolition, cleaning, and structural drying Conduct fire damage-related demolition, cleaning, and deodorization Pack and move personal property/contents affected by fire or water damage Maintain safe, organized jobsites, vehicles, and warehouse areas

Pay:
