GED Full Job Description Position Summary:
As a Lead the potential candidate will be supervising others in the field and working with the Head of Field Ops and Project Manager to ensure a successful install process. ATSCo operates on the Entrepreneurial Operating System; the Installer will be expected to participate in this structure. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead a team of installers to ensure successful projects and completely satisfied clients Be prepared for possible travel up to 50% of the time Keep Project Manager informed regularly regarding project progression Install products with team Read simple prints and make sure products get installed properly Communicate with the customer to make sure they are fully satisfied with our services Communicate with supervisor and/or Project Manager to achieve job success Assist in preparation of tools and consumables on local projects Assist in preparation of supply shipments to travel projects Review vehicle loads Assist in training exercises to expand installer team knowledge Execute preglove inspections as needed Any additional tasks required to prep or execute installs as needed
Qualifications, Competencies, & Abilities:
Structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar Current valid driver's license with no major violations in the past 3 years, CDL a plus Work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, including executives Excellent time management and organizational skills Self-Motivated, with the ability to work with little or no supervision Dependable and able to arrive on time daily

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lift 51 to 100 pounds with assistance or use of a lifting device.
Physical:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to handle tools and/or controls, and frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to cold and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions.
Vision:
See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
    Hearing:
    Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
    Education and Experience:
    High school diploma or equivalent General carpentry or construction skills required with 3+ years of experience preferred Ability to count, add and subtract Electrical knowledge is highly desirable This job description does not list all the duties of the job.     $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
