On-Site Reference #: 45757 We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and robotic automation equipment at customer facilities. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined technician who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be provided with a company service truck and will travel to customer locations to respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and support equipment upgrades and repairs. Work Model:
On-Site What You Will Do:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and robotic automation systems Respond to customer service calls in a timely and professional manner Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities to maximize system uptime Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur Repair and replace mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical components Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals Conduct system testing and verify proper equipment operation following repairs Document service activities, parts usage, and maintenance recommendations Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment status, repair plans, and preventative maintenance opportunities What You Will Need to
Be Successful:
High school diploma or GED 2+ years of industrial maintenance, field service, or related technical experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience working with conveyor systems, motors, gearboxes, bearings, sensors, drives, and controls Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
