In this role, you will travel in a company van to customers' homes and facilities to repair, maintain, deliver, and set up mobility equipment. You'll work directly with seniors, veterans, and individuals who rely on this equipment to maintain their independence. This is NOT an HVAC or heavy industrial role. It is best suited for someone who enjoys light mechanical repairs, problem-solving, and helping people. Our technicians are the frontline of our business , combining technical skills with compassionate customer care. What You'll Do Drive a company van daily to customer homes and facilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobility equipment Perform routine maintenance (battery replacement, adjustments, parts swaps) Deliver, assemble, and demonstrate equipment Educate customers on proper use and care Complete service documentation and work orders Maintain parts inventory and tools in your van Build trust and strong relationships with customers (Field service roles typically involve installation, troubleshooting, repair, and customer education at client locations.) Compensation Salary:
