Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Restoration Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will be restoring homes and businesses affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. Restoration Jobs ensure completion of drying, demolition and various restoration activities.
This position offers an energetic work environment where proactive problem-solving and excellent customer service are essential. No experience is required, we will teach you! Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency calls for water, fire, flood,or mold-related incidents, providing immediate assessment and action. Crawlspace repairs such as Encapsulations, and Soda Blasting Setting up and handling mitigation equipment Conduct fire restoration tasks such as soot removal, odor control, and smoke damage mitigation. Execute flood and water damage restoration procedures including water extraction, drying, and moisture detection with Xactimate software for estimating scope of work. Implement mold remediation procedures following strict safety standards and using personal protective equipment (PPE). Demolition Operate company vehicles Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and safety compliance for each project. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project progress and safety measures. Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client interactions. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while adhering to established safety guidelines.
