Key Responsibilities Inventory and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and ensure equipment is in good condition Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, including setting up staging areas and equipment Perform restoration processes as directed Follow all safety and risk management guidelines Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, leaving the job site clean and orderly Maintain an organized warehouse space; clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds as assigned Develop expertise in restoration services, cleaning products, and equipment Perform other duties as assigned Education & Experience Requirements Valid driver's license High school diploma or GED (preferred) IICRC certifications (preferred) Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction (preferred) Strong work ethic Strong verbal communication skills Skills & Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry objects repetitively Comfortable working with cleaning agents Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Work Environment:

Frequent exposure to fumes and airborne particles Occasional exposure to extreme conditions such as heat and strong odors Work environments may be noisy Respirator use may be required for safety Schedule & Travel Requirements Full-time position: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week) Frequent overtime, including evenings and weekends Travel is primarily local, with occasional out-of-area and overnight assignments SummaryThe Restoration Technician performs restoration services to meet the needs of individual projects while maintaining the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment and assigned vehicles. By delivering high-quality, consistent, and efficient work, this role represents the best of the cleanup and restoration industry.

Pay:

$20-$25 per hour (based on experience), with opportunities for overtimeEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
