Cleaning & Restoration is a locally owned restoration and specialty cleaning company serving Apex, Cary, Raleigh, and surrounding Triangle communities. We are looking for dependable Part-Time / On-Call Restoration Technicians to support water-damage restoration and other field services as our project volume grows. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with restoration experience who is looking for flexible additional work. Hours vary based on project volume and are not guaranteed. The position offers up to 20 hours per week and may include evenings, weekends, and emergency-response assignments. Responsibilities Assist with water extraction and structural drying Set up, monitor, move, and remove air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filtration equipment Assist with moisture inspections, readings, and job documentation Assist with removal of affected materials when appropriate Move and protect contents and furnishings as needed Assist with mold remediation following established safety procedures Support specialty cleaning services, which may include carpet and upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, odor treatment, and other CIVORA field services Maintain clean and organized jobsites, equipment, and company vehicles Follow CIVORA procedures for PPE, jobsite safety, equipment use, and documentation Assist with daily drying-monitoring visits and equipment checks Communicate professionally with customers and team members Qualifications Previous water mitigation or restoration experience strongly preferred

IICRC WRT

certification preferred Familiarity with moisture meters, extraction equipment, air movers, and dehumidifiers preferred Experience with restoration documentation software such as Encircle is a plus Valid driver's license and safe driving record Reliable transportation to the designated reporting location when required Ability to safely perform physically demanding restoration and cleaning work Ability to follow PPE and safety requirements Dependable, professional, and responsive when accepting assignments Schedule & Compensation Part-time / on-call Up to 20 hours per week Hours vary based on project volume and are not guaranteed Evening, weekend, and emergency-response availability is highly desirable $22-$28 per hour, based on restoration experience, certifications, and demonstrated skills Paid training Safety equipment provided About the Opportunity CIVORA is growing its restoration operations, and this position has the potential for additional hours and responsibilities as project volume increases.
