Job Description Insight Global is hiring for a Senior Field Service Technician. The Senior Technician serves as a lead field resource responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining industrial loading dock, door, warehouse, and material handling equipment at customer sites. These are not engineering positions. We're targeting technicians who enjoy turning wrenches, troubleshooting equipment, and working in customer environments.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Execute repairs independently
• Interface directly with customers
• Mentor junior technicians
