Job Overview Join our dynamic restoration team as a Restoration Technician Helper! In this vital role, you will assist experienced technicians in responding to emergency and non-emergency property damage situations, including water, fire, mold, and flood restorations. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will help restore properties efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Support restoration technicians during emergency responses such as water extraction, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and flood recovery. Assist with the setup and operation of power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment for cleaning, demolition, and construction tasks. Perform cleaning duties including carpet cleaning, debris removal, general demolition and surface sanitation to prepare sites for repairs or reconstruction. Aid in the use of company vehicles for transportation of tools, equipment, and personnel to job sites. Follow safety procedures diligently during all tasks to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards. Support documentation efforts using industry-standard software Requirements Willingness to respond promptly during emergency situations and be available for on-call coverage as needed. Prior experience or interest in construction work, cleaning services, or restoration is a plus but not required—training will be provided. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude when interacting with clients during stressful situations. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles responsibly. Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
