Full-Time | Industrial Field Service Looking for a hands-on career where you can learn a skilled trade while working with industrial equipment? We are seeking a dependable and motivated Field Service Technician Helper to join our electric motor Field Service team. This is a hands-on position assisting experienced technicians with the removal, installation, maintenance, and repair of electric motors, pumps, and other industrial equipment at customer locations. Electric motor experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Assist Field Service Technicians with removing and installing electric motors, pumps, and related equipment. Help with motor, pump, coupling, and equipment inspections and repairs. Assist with equipment setup, alignment, testing, and startup. Use hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment. Help load, unload, move, and secure motors, tools, and equipment. Prepare tools and materials needed for Field Service jobs. Maintain and organize tools, equipment, service vehicles, and work areas. Assist technicians with measurements, testing, and job documentation. Follow instructions from experienced technicians and Field Service management. Work safely and follow company and customer safety requirements. Maintain a professional attitude while working at customer facilities. What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning industrial equipment repair. Experience with mechanical, electrical, automotive, construction, maintenance, welding, or similar hands-on work is a plus, but not required. Comfortable using basic hand and power tools. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in industrial environments and outdoors when required. Willing and able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in different positions. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Willingness to travel to customer locations. Available for overtime, weekends, and occasional emergency Field Service work when needed.
