• 100,000/year Competitive base pay + commission A great benefits package, including paid time off, paid company holidays, paid training, and free company life insurance Best-in-class training and state-of-the-art software that sets you up for success A company vehicle A trusting, respectful, and fun culture A company you can be proud to represent that respects your hard work Opportunities for your professional and personal growth What you would do: Meet with existing customers on pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance or follow-up on warranty concerns Make recommendations to customers on additional products or services and/or identify potential problems and provide solutions Attend weekly team meetings and trainings at our office What we need from you: 2+ years working with customers one-on-one Sales experience preferred but not required Construction experience preferred but not required Ability to enter a crawlspace, lift up to 75lbs, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl Strong listening and follow-up skills Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record Skill in operating computer software and mobile Apps Service technicians are fully trained in the field as well as in a classroom setting.
