Opportunity Our Woodstown, NJ office is growing it's team of Service Technicians. Being in business over 25 years, our demand is way up! If you enjoy working with your hands (Not heavy all day construction) and like meeting new customers to help them solve problems, this is your ideal opportunity! A W-2, verifiable opportunity to make $75,000- 100,000/year Competitive base pay + commission A great benefits package, including paid time off, paid company holidays, paid training, and free company life insurance Best-in-class training and state-of-the-art software that sets you up for success A company vehicle A trusting, respectful, and fun culture A company you can be proud to represent that respects your hard work Opportunities for your professional and personal growth What you would do: Meet with existing customers on pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance or follow-up on warranty concerns Make recommendations to customers on additional products or services and/or identify potential problems and provide solutions Attend weekly team meetings and trainings at our office What we need from you: 2+ years working with customers one-on-one Sales experience preferred but not required Construction experience preferred but not required Ability to enter a crawlspace, lift up to 75lbs, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl Strong listening and follow-up skills Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record Skill in operating computer software and mobile Apps Service technicians are fully trained in the field as well as in a classroom setting.
