Duties Respond promptly to emergency water damage calls, providing immediate assessment and stabilization of affected areas Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation using specialized equipment and techniques Utilize hand tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and other restoration tools to restore properties effectively Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all safety protocols and PPE requirements Document all work performed with detailed reports using industry-standard software such as Xactimate Follow strict safety procedures including respiratory protection and personal protective equipment (PPE) use during all restoration activities Assist with fire restoration projects and flood restoration efforts as needed, ensuring thorough cleanup and property recovery Requirements Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is highly preferred Knowledge of water damage restoration processes, mold remediation, fire restoration, and flood recovery techniques Ability to respond quickly during on-call coverage periods for emergency situations Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward clients during stressful situations Familiarity with safety protocols including respiratory protection and PPE usage at all times on the job site Experience operating hand tools, carpet cleaning machines, and company vehicles safely and responsibly Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicle confidently Construction experience or hands-on technical skills are a plus but not mandatory Join us in making a difference by helping clients recover from water-related disasters!
