Service Manager Job Summary KBI supports many recognizable restaurant, retail, and beverage brands, including McDonald's, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Subway, Wendy's, Circle K, 7-Eleven, Speedway, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and Dr Pepper. We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our Ohio team. In this role, you will provide equipment installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and removal services at customer locations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, building customer relationships, and delivering excellent service. Because our customers depend on reliable equipment operation, technicians must be available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and occasional overnight assignments as business needs require. Key Responsibilities Diagnose beverage equipment problems during reactive service calls Complete repairs according to work orders and contractual deadlines Install and remove beverage equipment at customer locations Complete equipment projects and preventive maintenance services Respond to service needs during days, evenings, nights, and weekends as scheduled Inspect equipment and identify additional service or replacement needs Make equipment recommendations to customers when appropriate Communicate customer needs and sales opportunities to the Sales Department Maintain accurate service records and documentation Build strong working relationships with customers Represent KBI professionally at customer locations Follow company safety procedures and service standards Required Qualifications Valid state-issued driver's license Ability to work independently while traveling between customer locations Strong communication and customer-service skills Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and occasional overnight assignments Skills & Competencies Ability to use basic hand tools Familiarity with power tools Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist throughout the workday Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Work Schedule Mon-Fri and Weekends, based on business needs Overtime available Compensation & Benefits (FULL TIME)

Salary Range:

$19-22.00 (Starting pay will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.)
