JOB SUMMARY
The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for prioritizing and scheduling commercial, industrial, and EPG service work in the field, providing exceptional customer service. This individual will need to present accurate quotes to customers, open revenue and work orders, and develop and maintain good relationships with customers , technicians, and other team members.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. An associate's degree is preferred. Must have five years of field service operations or similar experience. Three years of supervisory experience is required. Knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment. Must have prior industry knowledge and a technical background with the products that are sold and serviced.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Must be a highly motivated individual. Must possess strong computer skills and understand CAT information retrieval systems. Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, leadership, adaptability, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of the job, the supervisor is occasionally required to sit, push, pull, and balance. Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, balance, and use hands to finger, feel, or operate objects. Occasionally, heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) is required. Driving motor vehicles and heavy equipment is occasionally required. Climbing stairs and ladders is occasionally required. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate equipment. Specific visual abilities required of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
