If so, Boone Restoration is looking for a Technician to join our Large Loss Department and help complete residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects. Purpose As a Technician in our Large Loss Department, you'll work alongside the Foreman and project team to complete a variety of hands-on restoration and construction tasks. You'll assist throughout different phases of the project while helping maintain safe, organized, and productive jobsites. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction or restoration experience who wants to continue developing their skills while working on larger and more complex projects. Responsibilities Work alongside the Foreman and project team to complete restoration and construction projects Assist with site preparation, construction, and project cleanup Perform assigned construction and restoration tasks safely and efficiently Assist with framing, trim, flooring, doors, and other construction work as needed Set up, operate, clean, and maintain tools and equipment Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized Help stage and move materials and equipment Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors Learn new restoration and construction skills through hands-on experience and training Take initiative and help the team keep projects moving Requirements Valid Driver's License Construction or restoration experience preferred Experience using basic hand and power tools Willingness to learn new construction and restoration skills Ability to perform physically demanding work safely and efficiently Ability to lift 50+ pounds Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer care Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on skill levelexperience Overtime opportunities Weekly pay Paid Holidays Paid PTOVacation Monthly Medical Reimbursement Retirement Plan with Employer Match Opportunities for training and advancement within a growing company
