We are hiring for a Lead Mitigation Technician, we are a local restoration company that helps restore homes and commercial properties from water, mold, fire damage and more. We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile, and wants to grow in this industry. We are looking for someone who is professional, a good communicator, and a team player. If you have some experience in any of these areas or construction, remodel, damage/carpet restoration then we would love to hear from you! There is a lot of room for growth in this position and we are willing to train the right person.

Requirements:

• Have valid Driver's License
• Pass a Background Check
• Must be okay small spaces
• Customer service/communication skills

Duties:

• Manual labor & Demolition, restoration
• Work as a team, also be able to go out on jobs individually (once trained)
• Assess damage, explain process to customers & insurance company and working with both to get approval for repairs.
