Essential Responsibilities:

Assess and install grab bars and accessories in customers' homes. Assist experienced technicians with installations, service visits and other assigned work. Perform maintenance and warranty visits on designated equipment as directed. Maintain accurate job information and complete required documentation using company software. Complete assigned work safely, efficiently, professionally, and according to established schedules. Provide outstanding customer service during every customer interaction. Always maintain customer confidentiality and professionalism. Keep company vehicles, tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and ready for daily use. Assist with maintaining an organized and clean shop by returning tools and equipment to their proper locations. Follow all company safety requirements, policies, and standard operating procedures. Participate in company training and continuously develop technical skills. Be willing to work overtime as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support the operations team.

Skills Needed:

Growth-oriented with a willingness to learn. Strong team player with a positive attitude. Humble, dependable, and accountable. Basic carpentry, mechanical aptitude and construction experience. Basic drywall, electrical, and mechanical skills. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Basic computer and mobile device skills. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and work in a variety of environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Benefits:

Five (5) days of paid time off annually after ninety (90) days which is accrued beginning on your date of hire. Ten (10) paid holidays and additional paid days at the company's discretion. Pants Allowance - reimbursement up to $100.00 every 6 months. Technology allowance - $57.22 paid monthly. $50 a night travel bonus for overnight trips. Eligible to participate in a companywide bonus plan which is a pool of 20% of profits.
