Pool Service Technician Pay:

$2,000-$4,000+ per month Miller Pool Group is growing and looking to add another Pool Service Technician / Trainee to our team. This is a long-term position with the opportunity to build into your own full weekly route. You'll start with a developing route while receiving hands-on training, with the goal of working up to approximately 45-55 pools per week as you gain experience and our customer base continues to grow. No pool experience is required — we will train the right person. Pay & Growth Starting pay is $15 per pool serviced Pay can increase to $18-$19 per pool based on performance, reliability, experience, and tenure with the company Expected income of approximately $2,000-$4,000+ per month, depending on route size and pay rate Route size will increase as you become trained and comfortable working independently Full routes typically consist of approximately 45-55 pools per week Opportunities for increased responsibility and earning potential as you grow with the company Responsibilities Perform weekly residential pool service and maintenance Test and balance pool water chemistry Add necessary pool chemicals Net, brush, and vacuum pools as needed Empty skimmer and pump baskets Inspect pool equipment and report potential issues Maintain service equipment, tools, and supplies Communicate professionally with customers and the Miller Pool Group team What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in the Texas heat Able to perform physical work throughout the day Willing and eager to learn Detail-oriented and able to follow a consistent service process Able to work independently once trained Valid driver's license and reliable transportation No previous pool experience required We're looking for someone who wants a long-term opportunity and room to grow, not just a temporary job.
