Responsibilities Conduct thorough demolition and containment of water-damaged areas. Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as moisture meters, dehumidifiers, air movers, and extraction tools to facilitate efficient drying processes Knowledge of basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other mechanical systems involved in restoration projects Collaborate/ maintain drying plan and procedures, reporting and documenting progressions via Company Cam. Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all transportation regulations during project site visits Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair processes and project timelines Assist in training new team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and repair techniques Will execute demo/ drying plans accordingly Skills Reporting/ documenting

Time Management Company Cam Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 50.0 per week
