Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Water Restoration Technician and become a vital part of restoring homes and businesses affected by water damage. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for assessing water intrusion issues, executing comprehensive restoration processes, and ensuring properties are returned to their pre-loss condition. Your mechanical aptitude, technical skills, and customer-focused attitude will drive successful outcomes and satisfied clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in water damage mitigation while making a tangible difference in people's lives. Responsibilities Conduct thorough demolition and containment of water-damaged areas. Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as moisture meters, dehumidifiers, air movers, and extraction tools to facilitate efficient drying processes Knowledge of basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other mechanical systems involved in restoration projects Collaborate/ maintain drying plan and procedures, reporting and documenting progressions via Company Cam. Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all transportation regulations during project site visits Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair processes and project timelines Assist in training new team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and repair techniques Will execute demo/ drying plans accordingly Skills Reporting/ documenting
