Demolition Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a Demo/Restoration Technician to join our team. We are a young company and looking for someone to grow with us. No experience in restoration or construction is required, as we'll provide on the job training. We're looking for someone who can communicate well with customers, can work well with your hands, isn't afraid to get dirty, and some sales skills is a plus.

Duties:

• Demolition
• Clean and restore properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damage
• Perform mold remediation
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to demo and restore damaged area
• Implement water damage restoration techniques to mitigate property damage

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for restoration tasks
• Be able to work in crawl spaces when necessary
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and respect their property.
• Attention to detail
• Great team attitude Starting wage is $16
• 18 an hour, plus performance bonuses that make it closer to $20
• 22 an hour.
