Job Description

Job description Trinity Wiring and Security Solutions is searching for a full-time field supervisor assistant. We provide smart technology, security and solar to thousands of customers throughout the DC Metropolitan area. We are a security, networking, audio/video and solar company that works directly with residential and commercial clients to provide products and services for either their home or business.

Responsibilities include:

Assist field supervisors with upcoming and current open jobs. Traveling to job sites and working with subcontractors to assist with quality inspections of completed work. Identify any issues regarding timeline or progress and communicate to the supervisor. Stays up to date and knowledgeable in Trinity services, technology, and internal processes/procedures. Complete work orders on time Following assigned daily travel schedule to customers' homes / Job sites Analyzing Information, Judgment, Client Relationships, Reporting Skills Quality Focus, Results Driven, Supply/Inventory Management, Admin Documents for

Assigned Services Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. Candidate's work history must display stability and consistent attendance. Must be willing to participate in and pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and motor vehicle record check. Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record. Demonstrate ability to accept responsibility and carry out assigned tasks with detail and limited supervision. Ability to work in different weather conditions while climbing stairs and ladders and lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Demonstrate self-composure, adaptability, persistence and be an eager learner. Ability to follow installation, testing, and troubleshooting procedures outlined by Trinity. Ability to interface and communicate with customers and co-workers in a clear and professional manner.
