This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Work is assigned on an as-needed basis, and contractors are responsible for providing their own tools, equipment, and transportation. Responsibilities- General home repairs and maintenance
- Drywall installation and repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical work
- Carpentry and trim work
- Door and window installation/repairs
- Property turnovers and punch-list items
- General handyman services Requirements
- Previous experience in residential maintenance, remodeling, or construction
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs on time
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
