Methuen, MA Job Details Contract $25 - $60 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Flooring installation Construction painting Driver's License Attention to detail Woodworking Full Job Description Job Description We are seeking reliable and experienced Independent Property Maintenance Contractors to perform maintenance and repair services for residential properties. This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Work is assigned on an as-needed basis, and contractors are responsible for providing their own tools, equipment, and transportation. Responsibilities- General home repairs and maintenance
- Drywall installation and repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical work
- Carpentry and trim work
- Door and window installation/repairs
- Property turnovers and punch-list items
- General handyman services Requirements
- Previous experience in residential maintenance, remodeling, or construction
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs on time
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
