Job Description

We are looking for a maintenance person to repair homes at our mobile home park in Petal, Mississippi. We also have homes that need complete renovation.

Summary:

Tasks can include repair and/or maintenance of buildings(mobile homes); Painting; Carpentry; Basic Plumbing, Flooring Repairs.

Experience/Qualifications:

Must have at least 1 year construction experience. Experience in repairing mobile homes is preferred but not required. Must have own tools and transportation

Compensation:

$17.00/ hour or more for regular maintenance (DOE)$150 a day for renovations or you can bid the job

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
