WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong diesel and equipment mechanic skills
Experience with tractors, combines, trucks, implements, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Ability to diagnose problems and get equipment back in the field
Fabrication and welding skills are a big plus
Self-motivated, dependable, and even-tempered
Works well as part of a team
Someone who takes pride in keeping equipment running right
