WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong diesel and equipment mechanic skills
• Experience with tractors, combines, trucks, implements, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose problems and get equipment back in the field
• Fabrication and welding skills are a big plus
• Self-motivated, dependable, and even-tempered
• Works well as part of a team
• Someone who takes pride in keeping equipment running right
