Job Description

Heavy Equipment Mechanic - Day Shift | Williamsport, PA. Join a stable, family-owned company that's been in business for over 120 years! At Staiman Recycling, you'll work on a variety of dump trailers, dry vans, roll-off trailers, diesel trucks and heavy equipment while enjoying consistent hours, strong benefits, and a team that treats you like family.
What We Offer:
$24-28/hr. plus quarterly bonuses & a full benefits package. Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends (7AM-4:30PM). Health, dental & vision insurance with company-paid life & disability. What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment. Troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical, and engines. Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
What We're Looking For:
CDL class A is a plus. PA State Inspection is a plus. Experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic (5+ years preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate). Strong troubleshooting skills and a reliable work ethic. A team player who takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.
