EXPERIENCED APPLIANCE REPAIR TECHNICIAN - SEALED SYSTEM REQUIRED

EARNING POTENTIAL

Precision Appliance Services is hiring experienced Appliance Repair Technicians to join our growing South Florida service team. We are looking for established technicians who can independently diagnose, estimate, sell, and repair residential and light commercial appliances. This is NOT an entry-level or apprentice position. Minimum 3 years of professional appliance repair experience required.

SEALED SYSTEM AND REFRIGERATION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

Experienced technicians have the opportunity to earn approximately $75,000 - $120,000+ annually depending on production, sales performance, experience, and the compensation structure selected. Exact compensation terms and expense calculations are reviewed with qualified candidates before onboarding.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose residential and commercial appliance failures accurately Provide customers with professional repair estimates and recommendations Perform approved repairs efficiently and professionally Diagnose refrigeration and sealed system failures Perform compressor, evaporator, condenser, and related refrigeration repairs Recover, evacuate, vacuum, charge, and service refrigeration systems Perform brazing and leak detection Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures Document diagnostics, repairs, photos, model numbers, and serial numbers in our CRM Maintain communication with dispatch and office staff Collect required customer payments Maintain professional customer service and workmanship standards

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years professional appliance repair experience Hands-on sealed system repair experience

REQUIRED

Strong refrigeration diagnostic knowledge Compressor replacement experience Evaporator and condenser replacement experience Refrigerant recovery and charging experience Vacuum and evacuation experience Brazing experience Leak detection experience Electrical diagnostic experience Ability to independently diagnose appliances Customer-facing service experience Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Professional appearance and communication Ability to use mobile applications and CRM software Ability to independently manage a daily service route EPA certification is strongly preferred where applicable to refrigeration work performed.
