Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appliance Technician to join our team. As a vital part of our company, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of appliances, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose appliance issues, determining the best course of action for repair or replacement.
• Conduct thorough repairs and maintenance on appliances, including refrigerators, HVAC systems, and other equipment.
• Utilize schematics and technical knowledge to identify and address complex problems.
• Assemble and install new appliances, ensuring that they meet the required safety and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining the nature of the issue and the proposed solution in a clear and concise manner.
• Manage field service requests, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring that all equipment is properly stored and maintained. Experience
• Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or Service Technician, with a strong background in appliance repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Experience with schematics and technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required.
