In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely delivering appliances and equipment, installing a variety of household and commercial appliances, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service. Duties Safely operate company delivery vehicles, including box trucks, ensuring timely and secure transportation of appliances and equipment to customer locations Deliver appliances and equipment directly to customers' homes or business sites with professionalism and care Install a wide range of appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, following manufacturer specifications and schematics Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration issues during installation or repair processes using hand tools, power tools, ladder use, and schematics Conduct thorough inspections of appliances post-installation to ensure proper operation and customer satisfaction Communicate clearly with customers about appliance features, maintenance tips, and safety precautions to enhance their experience Perform routine maintenance, repairs, or replacements on appliances as needed using equipment repair techniques and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) best practices Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair, installation, or field service roles with a focus on delivery driving or service technician work Strong mechanical knowledge including electrical work, plumbing systems, refrigeration principles, and troubleshooting equipment issues Ability to read schematics accurately and utilize ladder use for installation or repair tasks Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, electrical experience, and assembly techniques for appliance setup Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles such as box trucks or similar delivery vehicles Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) procedures for ongoing appliance maintenance and repairs Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to safety protocols and schedules Physical ability to lift heavy appliances safely and perform manual tasks involving bending, climbing ladders, or working in confined spaces Join us in delivering exceptional service through technical expertise!
