Execute complex repairs on mechanical systems and electrical components to restore home functionality. Collaborate with mentors and team members to continuously expand your technical knowledge and service capabilities. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED. Strong mechanical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to use hand and power tools. Proven ability to lift and maneuver up to 100 lbs safely. Proficiency in using mobile devices and applications for daily tasks. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Preferred Skills Prior experience in maintenance, repair, or a related skilled trade. Current EPA Certification (Type I or Universal). Experience reading electrical schematics and performing equipment wiring. Background in appliance installation or complex component repair.
