- $38-44/hour for senior tech experience
- $28-34 for intermediate tech experience
- $15-22 for apprentice/maintenance tech
Annual Range:
Total Comp range $62,000
- $120,000, dependent on experience
Performance Bonuses:
Top employees are earning up to $8,000/year in bonuses

Position Summary:
CCD Service Plus is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a path to $120K annually , depending on experience, performance, and bonuses. You'll service a variety of commercial HVAC/R, refrigeration, controls, ice machines, and foodservice equipment across the Gulf Coast. The ideal candidate is skilled, dependable, and solutions-focused , with pride in their work and a strong commitment to customers and teammates. Day in the
Life:
Most days are spent working through a planned route of commercial service calls, diagnosing equipment issues, completing same-day repairs when possible, and coordinating with Dispatch as priorities change or emergency calls come in. You'll have the independence to work in the field, while being supported by a close-knit team that shares knowledge and helps solve tough problems. Every week brings different equipment and challenges, giving you the opportunity to build your skills while enjoying the Gulf Coast lifestyle .
Core Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and foodservice equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and identify developing equipment issues. Complete clear, accurate service documentation and repair recommendations. Identify parts, materials, and labor needed for repairs. Verify proper equipment operation before completing the call. Communicate professionally with customers, Dispatch, and the Service Manager. Follow company safety standards and participate in the on-call rotation.
