Job Description

SWAN Loveland seeks an HVAC Install Lead Technician to handle residential system installs, start-ups, and quality checks for furnaces, ACs, and heat pumps. You'll lead small install crews, mentor apprentices, and ensure safe, code-compliant work while representing our customer-first values in every home. Responsibilities include reading plans, setting and connecting equipment and ductwork, testing performance, and explaining operation to homeowners.
