Air, Inc. Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for experienced Connecticut-licensed Lead HVAC Installers who know how to run a residential installation from start to finish. If you can lead a crew, solve problems in the field, communicate with customers, and take pride in a professional finished installation, we want to talk to you. A valid Connecticut S or D HVAC license is required.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT AIR, INC.

Strong earning potential. Expected annual earnings of $100,000-$200,000 for experienced, licensed Lead Installers. Year-round work. We are an established residential HVAC company with a steady installation schedule. Jobs staged before you start. Our goal is to have equipment and installation materials ready before your crew begins the job—so you're not wasting valuable time making unnecessary supply-house runs. You're hired to lead. We want experienced Lead Installers making decisions, leading their crews, training apprentices, and taking ownership of their installations. Support when you need it. You shouldn't be left standing in a customer's basement trying to figure everything out by yourself. Our sales, production, service, and management teams are available to help solve problems and keep jobs moving. Quality comes before shortcuts. We expect clean, professional installations, and we give our installers the time, materials, and support to do the job correctly.

You should have:

A valid Connecticut S or D HVAC license Strong residential HVAC installation experience The ability to lead and train an installation crew Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Pride in clean, professional workmanship Good communication with customers and coworkers Attention to detail A valid driver's license and clean driving record
