We are seeking experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians to work at apartment communities In Cocoa, FL and surrounding areas.

Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:

Must have Maintenance Tech or related experience. Must be

HVAC/EPA

Repairs Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas Successfully complete turnovers & work orders in between resident occupancy Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, building exteriors and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, and appliances.
