We are seeking experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians to work at apartment communities In Cocoa, FL and surrounding areas.
Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:
Must have Maintenance Tech or related experience. Must be
HVAC/EPA
Certified. Ability to communicate well and work in a team/solo environment. Knowledge in HVAC | Electrical | Plumbing | Drywall | Painting | Appliance installation
Repairs Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas Successfully complete turnovers & work orders in between resident occupancy Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, building exteriors and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, and appliances. Perform routine preventative maintenance. Call or text to apply!
