The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial HVAC systems, followed by commercial refrigeration, and be capable of independently diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of equipment. This position will involve servicing commercial facilities, including supermarkets, retail stores, restaurants, and other commercial properties. Responsibilities include working on rooftop units, split systems, package units, air conditioning systems, condensers, evaporators, walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in refrigerators, ice machines, and related electrical and control systems. The technician must be comfortable responding to service calls, identifying system problems, determining the appropriate repair, and communicating findings and recommendations clearly to customers and management.
