H.V.A.C. Experienced Technician Technician with a minimum of 5 years experience in Construction & Residential HVAC work:

• Motivated
• Dependable
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work well with others
• Construction background helpful but not needed
• EPA Licence
• Own Hand tools
• Clean driving record
• Able to diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems of all types.
• Able to perform routine maintenance on air conditioning systems of all types.
• Able to greet customers, describe options and cost to customers, obtain approval, and make repairs to system.
• Check condensation drain lines to ensure freedom from debris and proper drainage.
• Documenting services, explaining guarantees/warranties, collecting/recording payments, and delivering to office.
• Ensuring that all repairs and installations are accurate, serviceable, and meet safety and regulatory standards and codes.
• Training less-experienced technicians and acting as crew leader
• Maintain truck stock and inventory.
• Maintain truck maintenance and keep clean and organized.
• Techs take their vans home, so please make sure you have a safe place to park a commercial van with lettering and ladder rack.
